This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can deliver your key and provide support.
• Payment information, handled by our payment processor — we do not store your full card details.
• A device identifier (HWID) used only to bind and validate your license and prevent sharing/fraud.
• Your Discord identity, if you join our community server for support.
• Basic, anonymised usage and security data (for example via Cloudflare) to keep the site fast and protected.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect or link your Steam, Epic, Xbox or Palworld account, your characters, worlds or save files. The loader validates your license and checks your device identifier; it does not read your game saves or personal files.

How we use it

To deliver your license, provide support, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, and keep the Service running. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We share only what is necessary with the services that run the Service — our payment processor (which shows its own descriptor on your statement) and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

The live site is a static site and uses only what is needed to function and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not build advertising profiles.

Retention

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations (typically a small number of years for billing records), then remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. Changed PC and need your device binding reset? Just ask. Reach us through the contact page.
