Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026.
These Terms govern your use of the Palworld Cheats website and the software and services offered through it (“the Service”). By buying or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your license key and account details private.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a time-limited, personal, non-transferable license to download and run the software for your own use. You are not buying the software itself, and no ownership or source code is transferred. Your license may be tied to your device.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, share, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software or your key.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, crack or tamper with the loader.
- Use the Service to harm other people, systems or services.
4. Third-party games and risk
Palworld is a trademark of Pocketpair, Inc. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pocketpair in any way. Using third-party tools may breach Palworld’s own terms and can carry a risk to your game account. You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We do not and cannot guarantee that the software will stay undetected, that it will work with every future game update, or that your account will not be actioned.
5. Payment
Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency and are charged up front. Access begins as soon as payment clears and lasts for the plan length you chose. See our Refund Policy for when a refund is available.
6. Updates, downtime and detection
Palworld updates regularly. After a game patch the loader may be paused while we update it, and short periods of downtime are normal. Your access runs for the plan period you bought and is not extended or paused for patch downtime or if the software is detected — we aim to publish a same-day fix and post the current state on the status page.
7. Licensing, hardware and abuse
To prevent sharing and fraud, your license may be bound to a device identifier (HWID). Sharing or reselling a key, or attempting to bypass licensing, may result in your key and device being permanently blocked without a refund. If you change PC, contact us to reset your binding.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a problem, contact support first — most issues are fixed in minutes. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in your access being revoked.
9. No warranty & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 30 days before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any action taken against your game account.
10. Disputes
Please try to resolve any issue with us informally first via the contact page. Any dispute is handled on an individual basis, not as part of a class action, and these Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of the Service is established.
11. Changes, severability & events beyond our control
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We are not responsible for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
