Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are and are not available. Because the Service delivers digital license keys instantly, refunds are limited — please read before you buy.
Digital goods & instant delivery
Every plan delivers a license key automatically the moment payment clears. Once a key has been issued, the digital product has been delivered.
Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because your key is delivered and usable immediately, by completing the purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right once delivery begins.
When we will refund
- The software will not run for you, you contacted support within 48 hours of purchase, and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged more than once for the same order in error.
- A charge was clearly unauthorised and reported promptly.
When we will not refund
- Change of mind after your key has been delivered and used.
- Your game account being actioned — third-party tools carry risk you accept when you buy (see our Terms).
- The loader being temporarily paused for a Palworld patch — check the status page before buying.
- Failure to follow the setup guide or meet the stated requirements.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket via the contact page with your order details and a short description of the problem. Give support a chance to fix it first — most issues are solved in minutes.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks raised without contacting support may result in your access being revoked.
